We expect each territory to produce 20 sales per month for the Really Easy Property operator. Our income calculator is set at this standard level, incorporating the very latest official data from the Land Registry.

If you use these parameters, then each franchisee will earn £224,400 per annum, gross. If the sales figures are higher, obviously the earnings will go up. They are uncapped, of course, and we confidently expect that most franchisees will exceed the standard figures.

Indeed, Really Easy Property would give all assistance necessary, should a franchisee be unable to facilitate 20 monthly sales in his territory for a sustained period, and freely offer the franchisee remedial assistance to meet the target or their money back.
